SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT dePAUL We recently received a thank you note for the collection that was taken here on Super Bowl Sunday. Part of the note read as follows:

“A city that wins the bidding to host the Super Bowl is told by the NFL that it can expect millions of dollars in revenue. The “:Souper Bowl” which you hosted again, generated an all-time record of $610.93! These monies were used to help a family with medical bills and a new hot water heater. It was as if it were that millions of dollars! On behalf of this family, I thank you for yet another example of your ongoing faithful stewardship.”
