ITEMS OF IMPORTANCE
PARLEZ-VOUS FRANCAIS? Fr. Jim will be teaching a conversational French class for adults beginning Wednesday, March 1st from 6:30-7:30 PM in the Garden Room. The fun classes will last six weeks on Wednesday evenings. There is no charge for the course but registration is needed. Please call the parish office to register. Merci!
RCIA – AT ST. FRANCIS Are you an adult who has never been baptized? Are you a non-Catholic who is interested in joining the Catholic Church Community? Are you an adult seeking the sacrament of Confirmation? Please consider joining RCIA at St. Francis. Fr. Jim will offer sessions on Thursday evenings from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM which began on Thursday, February 23rd and will continue through Thursday, March 30th. CALL THE PARISH OFFICE AT 715-398-7174 to register. New members will be welcomed into the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil on Saturday, April 8th.
ST. FRANCIS ALTAR SOCIETY will meet on Thursday, March 2nd at 1 PM in the Garden Room. Hostesses are Kay Moore and Gerri Anderson. All ladies of the parish are welcome!

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION NEWS In our homes we have items such as figurines, prints such as the Last Supper, prayer books, rosaries etc. that show our faith. Please consider donating them to our Religious Education Program so we can share with students and/or families of our parish. Please place your donated items in the wooden box in the gathering space of the church. Thank you.
CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS will meet on Monday, March 13th at 11 AM at St. Anthony Parish (4315 E. 3rd St). The speaker will be Fr. Joji. A light lunch will be served. Cleaning supplies for the Society of St. Vincent DePaul will be collected.
YOUTH GROUP One goal for the Confirmation and youth group is to demonstrate the importance of supporting our community. Confirmation students are required to perform a certain number of hours. One way for our St. Francis students preparing for Confirmation is to help the Annual Roast Beef Dinner on Sunday, April 2nd. There are openings on Saturday, April 1st from 9 AM – 11 AM and on Sunday, April 2nd from 8 AM – 5 PM (whatever hours you can). Call Donna Stubbe at 920-242-2353.
Altar Society News. The Salad Bar was a great success and we cannot express how grateful we are of all the hard work put into this event by all that were involved. The Altar Society would also like to thank all who donated prizes for the raffle. Prize list included: Quilt, Preserves, Tied Blanket, Afghan and scarf, Hair Care, Pictures, Throws, Necklaces, Key Chain, Massage, Gift cards and Cash Prizes.
We are looking forward to next year.
