A BIG THANK YOU
Thank you very much to all of the young actors that came to help with the Nativity Scene for our Christmas Eve Mass. What a great group! They all seemed to enjoy helping out, were very polite, listened wonderfully and did a great job. Next a very appreciated “Thank You” to all the parents and grandparents that stayed to help with getting our actors ready and being up in front during the Gospel. Thanks to Avery Prochazka for getting us upstairs on time. Thank you to Arlene Osterlund for ironing and getting all of the costumes ready for the actors. The smiles on the congregation made everything so worthwhile. Again, Thank You All!

CATHOLIC SERVICES APPEAL
If you have not yet responded to the 2021/22 CSA, please set aside a moment to prayerfully consider a gift amount that your means will permit. Be assured that the Lord knows what is in your heart and how you share your gifts. While it is understood that we cannot all give equally, we are still called by the Gospel to give of ourselves in a way that reflects our blessings. Your gift, whether large or small, matters greatly to the diocese, our parish and to the Lord! Scripture tells us, “There is more happiness in giving than receiving!”
SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT dePAUL Year in Review
By the grace of God and with the generous gift of time by our members and your financial support, we continued to serve our brothers and sisters in need throughout this pandemic. Volunteers packed our donations and prepared our new site allowing us to move literally everything from the Catholic Charities Building in an afternoon! We honored four of our distinguished members – Fr. Leon Flaherty, Pat Schmolke, Lenore DePyper and Jo Blatt. We were blessed to reach out in God’s love to over one thousand household seeking assistance and minister to their needs. God Bless You in the coming year and God bless our society and those we serve.
